Mark Moore oversees and helps to navigate the overall direction of Kavaliro. He is very involved in strategic partnerships and the development of large capital accounts for the business. With more than 12 years of experience in the government contracting, technical services, information technology, banking and professional services industries, Moore established and oversees two offices, one in Orlando and the other in Charlotte, NC.

With more than 14 years of experience in the technical services, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, manufacturing and government contracting industries, Mahony helped Mark Moore establish the Orlando and Charlotte offices of Kavaliro. He is responsible for the operations management, business development, and management of employees and contractors for those offices.

Bill Peppler ImageBill Peppler

Managing Partner

With more than 14 years of experience in the technology, financial staffing and consulting industries, Peppler is responsible for overseeing operations and developing additional new markets for Kavaliro in the Southeast, including Charlotte, NC. Before coming to Kavaliro, Peppler worked in the Orlando, Seattle and San Diego markets for international staffing and recruiting organizations. He has recruited for clients such as Microsoft, Amazon.com, Boeing and various Fortune 500 customers. After establishing an office in Seattle, he was offered an opportunity to do the same for clients in Southern California. He has been recognized as an employment expert in such publications as CNN Money, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Fortune Magazine, Orlando Business Journal and The Orlando Sentinel among others.

Prior to her current role as CEO, she acted as president and controller for Kavaliro for several years and has been a driving force behind many successful corporate initiatives. She also has overseen all financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the company.

Mahony has served in various leadership roles in the Orange County Public Schools system, including department chairman, school renaissance chairman, team leader, learning program coach, clinical educator trainer, and served as chairman or member of various other school committees for Orange County Public Schools. She was also twice recognized as both Teacher of the Year and Educator of the Month.

Giving back to the community through a variety of charitable organizations, Mahony regularly makes financial contributions to the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Hospice of the Comforter, The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, UNICEF, Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and University of Central Florida’s Golden Knights Club. She also has participated as a corporate partner in the Insurance Office of America 5K Corporate Run in Orlando for four consecutive years. Proceeds from this event benefit several organizations through the Track Shack Foundation. She also donates her time and effort to several church organizations, including the Council of Catholic Women and Children’s Liturgy, and serves as classroom volunteer for Orange County Public Schools.

Mahony received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida and earned her Master of Education Degree through the Lockheed Martin/UCF Academy for Mathematics and Science. She is currently pursuing another graduate level degree in leadership at UCF. She currently resides in Orlando with her husband, John Mahony, and their three children, Caden, Ava and Owen.

Along with his partners John Mahony and Diane Mahony, Moore helped to solidify a partnership with an international staffing firm and became a managing partner with that organization under Kavaliro in March 2003. He was responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm, operations management, business development and management of employees and contractors for those offices. He oversaw all international operations, including more than 50 contractors and over $5 million in large capital equipment in Southwest Asia.

Previously, Moore was a consultant for a provider of IT professional consultants and solutions, a role in which he hired and trained employees, developed project proposals and oversaw the development of customer relations. He began his career at a national, publicly traded technical services firm where he spent four years and held positions at all levels including technical recruiter, team manager and branch manager. During his tenure, he relocated to New York City where he successfully developed and implemented strategies that took the branch from a monthly operating loss to a profit in less than six months.

Moore gives back to the community through a variety of charitable and civic organizations. Most recently, he has helped with fundraisers for Hospice of the Comforter and Cornerstone Hospice. He makes financial contributions to the UCF Alumni Association and UCF Foundation on a continuous basis and donates his time to the UCF professional selling program and the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). Moore is a board member of the Disney Entrepreneur Center in Orlando and an active member of several other organizations, including the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Homeland Security Industries Association (HSIA), National Center for Simulation, UCF Alumni Association, UCF Foundation, and East Orlando Chamber of Commerce.

Moore attended UCF and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1999. He resides in Orlando with his wife, Lisa, and two daughters, Jordyn and Kylar. He spends his free time with his family enjoying all that Florida has to offer and loves taking his boat offshore for a day of fishing.

Prior to this, Mahony was branch manager of a technical and professional services firm for 10 years. He started and grew a new division where he was responsible for the daily operations of the office as well as hiring, training and managing staff. He also established and maintained several major accounts in the Central Florida region and successfully led his team to generate a lucrative profit.

Mahony gives back to the community through a variety of charitable organizations including Hospice of the Comforter, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, UCF Golden Knights Club and Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He continues to support his alma mater through the UCF Alumni Association. A native of Columbia, SC, he now resides in Orlando with his wife, Diane, and two children, Caden and Ava. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying involved within the community and traveling in his spare time.

Peppler eventually came back to Florida and began working for a multi-billion dollar, international professional staffing organization. It was during this time when he honed his skills in leading and developing successful teams in the technology and financial consulting industries. Peppler has been recognized as a multi-million dollar producer for a large Fortune 500 staffing organization and is a national media spokesperson cited in several newspapers across the country. He was consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of performers for every year since 2003. By the time his college buddies Moore and Mahony came calling, he was looking to make a transition into a smaller, more agile operation, and thus was the perfect fit for Kavaliro.

He is very active in the community, sitting on the advisory board for ITT Technical Institute and Winter Park Technology Academy. He also is the director for the UCF Foundation’s Annual Fund Committee and Business Mentor for the UCF Professional Selling Program. A member of the UCF Alumni Association, UCF Golden Knights Club, Central Florida IT Society and the Help Desk Institute, Peppler enjoys offering his services to various organizations in the Central Florida region.

Peppler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 1996 and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Troy State University in 2002. He is an active member of the UCF Alumni Association, the UCF Golden Knights Association and sits on the board of directors for the UCF Foundation Annual Fund.

Peppler currently resides in Oviedo, Florida with his wife, Danielle, their son, Will, and daughter Charlotte. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf when he’s not securing or servicing clients.
