Having been with Kavaliro for two years, Justice has made remarkable strides, initially serving as a recruiter before stepping into the role of Assistant Project Manager. Her progression exemplifies both her adaptability and her relentless pursuit of professional growth.
Hailing from Leesburg, FL, Justice embodies the spirit of our local talent making waves on a global scale. Currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in sociology at the University of Central Florida, Justice is poised to leverage her education to further elevate her contributions to our team.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Justice's passions extend to supporting her local sports teams, particularly the Orlando City and Magic. Whether cheering from the stands or immersing herself in outdoor activities like hiking and swimming, Justice finds balance and joy in these pursuits.
Justice's journey into her current career trajectory was ignited by her keen interest in our federal team. Her transition from recruitment to supporting DoD projects reflects her deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact through her work, embodying the core values that define Kavaliro.
"Justice was instrumental in the Government division during the 2022-2023 operations overhaul. As the Integrations and Sustainment Project Manager, Justice has taken full responsibility for all resource verification, engagement, and integration processes with little to no oversight. She has organized and managed all staffing efforts for the entire division, and managed government resource managers for the last year. Justice also serves as the Kavaliro Facilities Security Officer (FSO). Justice has established a precedent within the division, as being someone who works autonomously and proficiently. This has set the standard for our division where the division works mostly in different locations and time zones both within and outside of the continental U.S. " - Sean Vary, VP of Federal Operations
