We are proud to recognize Rafael Restrepo as our November Employee of the Month!
Originally from Colombia, Rafael graduated from UCF in 2002 with his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems. He joined Kavaliro in 2010, as one of our first employees, and is now Regional Director, sitting in Kavaliro's HQ in Orlando, FL.
As Regional Director, Rafael is in charge of overseeing operations and developing new markets for Kavaliro across the country. He has been in the industry for over 16 years now, and year after year, continues to impress our team with his performance. In fact, he has been selected to attend every Kavaliro "Ring of Fire" trip, an exclusive, all-expenses-paid trip for 2, awarded only to the highest performers.

Rafael is known for his unmatched energy, commitment and sense humor. To stay with the same organization for 12 years, and to ALWAYS bring to bring a smile to the faces of those sitting with him in Orlando, says a lot his character. The team is constantly laughing thanks to Raf and his jokes about "clearing his cookies", his deep appreciation for rice and beans, or how he's "living his best life". There' really never a dull moment at the office when Rafael is around.
Outside of work, Rafael is a proud husband and father to a brilliant young girl. Being from Colombia, he is also very passionate about soccer and stays active by competing in a local soccer club. Rafael also loves to travel and has visited several countries including Turkey, China, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Emirates, Thailand and many more.
